Job Description

    JOB DUTIES
    Directly check the dishes before serving customers
    • Ensure dishes are prepared according to established recipes and procedures.
    • Ensure that the food is processed to meet the quality and quantity requirements as prescribed
    • Make sure the presentation of the dish is correct and beautiful
    • Directly participate in processing to ensure the completion of work tasks

    Responsible for general hygiene in the kitchen area
    • Check and assign work to ensure cleanliness for the entire kitchen area
    • Responsible for food hygiene and safety from raw material preparation to processing and presentation
    • Ensure beauty in the kitchen area

    Responsible for the common property at the position
    • Use, supervise, and carefully store kitchen equipment and utensils during work
    • Ensure equipment and tools used for processing must be cleaned according to prescribed standards
    • Check and manage full kitchen equipment and utensils
    • Report to superiors if property is damaged or lost

    Support the kitchen team leader in supervising and operating the work
    • Monitor and check ingredients prepared for each shift
    • Assign jobs and working positions to junior employees at the beginning of each shift
    • Monitor and ensure the quality of work at the assigned position
    • Check, summarize and report the quantity of goods to be served as required by the superiors
