- Carry out bidding documents for FDI projects.

- Take off the volume of the project's bidding documents

- Work with subcontractors, suppliers to request quotes for the project

- Understand construction methods, techniques and related costs to structure unit prices in bidding documents

- Have the skills to review bidding documents provided by investors to clarify shortcomings and inconsistencies.

- Monitor and respond to explanations of bidding documents with investors.

- Conduct on-site surveys and provide cost quotes for ongoing projects if there are any change requests.
