Job Description

    1. JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Look up suppliers and prices; make quotation and follow up, contract performance.
    • Drafting, checking and carrying out the procedures for signing and stamping the Contract/PO.
    • Delivery of Bidding Documents, Bid confirmation.
    • Organize, coordinate with other departments to prepare Bidding/Bidding Documents (check guarantee, check price from supplier, clarify, etc.)
    • Implementation of Bidding Documents (HSMT): Analysis of Bidding Documents, synthesis of bidding conditions; participate in bidding planning; procedures and coordination with relevant departments; Prepare commercial proposals.
    • Coordinate with technical department and commercial department to clarify technical proposal and commercial proposal according to customer's request.
    • Negotiate and draft purchase and sale contracts.
    • Perform the following tasks after receiving the customer's contract: review meetings, monitor the negotiation process to get the original contract.
    • Carry out procedures for transferring contracts and project information to other departments
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
    2. REQUEST
    • Gender: Male/Female
    • Qualification: University graduate majoring in electrical/mechanical engineering, business administration, economics, finance,…
    • 2+ years of experience in project bidding in the oil and gas industry.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with good technical background.
    • Have negotiation skills and carefulness.
    • Proficient in using office computers and English equivalent to Toeic 550 or higher.
