- Receive, process and report customer complaints related to product quality and service quality.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to implement service promotion programs and service events.
- Contact customers to introduce the Repair Promotion of the Month program.
- Survey customer satisfaction after purchasing a car and using services at the Company.
- Receive, transmit information and report potential customers to departments.
- Make reports as required by the Manager.
- Discuss job details during the interview.
