Job Description
Customer care:
Receive and handle customer problems and complaints related to products. enterprise services.
Advise on suitable solutions to solve customers' problems.
Analyze and clarify the causes of customer inquiries and complaints.
Respond to messages and advise, answer all customer questions before, during and after using products/services.
Continuously monitor to promptly correct and adjust problems that arise while customers use products/services.
Handling calls, acting as a bridge between customers and related departments.
Support customers placing orders and processing orders.
Consulting on discount and promotional programs for customers.
Connect to find potential customers:
Attract and find potential customers, optimize sales.
Contribute ideas and strive to complete all assigned tasks well.
Representatives give gifts of gratitude, maintain good relationships with customers on special occasions such as holidays, New Year, birthdays, etc.
Work on the principle of respecting the regulations, policies and culture of your business.
Report work progress to superiors:
Report work progress and results achieved to superiors, including number of calls made, number of leads, sales and other important information.
