Job description

• Receive and listen to customers
• Customer response and support
• Coordinate with relevant Departments/Departments to resolve customer requests
• Collect reviews and feedback from customers
• Flexible shift rotation:
  • Day shift: 10:00 - 18:00
  • Night shift: 18:00 - 2:00

Candidate requirements:

• Female, 18-25 years old
• Having experience in the field of sales and customer care is an advantage; if you have no experience, you will be trained and taught on the job
• Good communication skill
• Ready to work night shift
• Basic English communication, Office information technology
