[HCM] GREENOLY CUSTOMER CARE RECRUITMENT
- Basic salary 7,000,000 - 15,000,000 + Bonus (Base salary negotiable based on experience and ability)
- Working hours: Monday - Saturday (9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
- Workplace: Ha Phan Building, No. 17 & 19 Ton That Tung, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 01, Ho Chi Minh City
JOB:
- Call new and existing customers to confirm orders and assist in promptly handling customer issues and provide information to appropriate departments to support customers. .
- Proactively contact customers on holidays, gifts, and promotions to announce incentives on special occasions and send incentives to customers.
- Taking care of old customers to maintain and grow the number of orders
- Provide appropriate solutions to help customers have the most satisfying experience. Propose new policies to improve service quality and increase the number of orders for each customer.
- Provide customer care scenarios on platforms such as Facebook chat, Zalo chat, Hotline...
