Job Description
JOB DUTIES 1. Consulting services - Consulting and answering detailed service information for customers delivered by the sales department to maintain customers' continuous service usage status. - Build close customer relationships to retain customers and increase revenue rates from loyal customers
2. Handle orders and customer complaints according to correct procedures - Check procedures and quote goods to customers - Making contracts/ PL contracts for orders - Place orders on the company's system to support order tracking - Purchasing: Make purchases according to customer requests - Payment: Pay for orders in CNY or USD - Check the status of goods: update the goods route by stage and daily information for customers - Combined with the documentation department: checking and declaring goods - Financial settlement: Create a request for financial settlement and collect money before recording delivery - Delivery: Coordinate with the warehouse department to deliver goods to customers - Issuing invoices/legally: Coordinate with the accounting department to request invoice issuance - Service complaints: Receive and handle customer complaints about service quality
