1. Job description

• Support consulting and answering customer questions about the company's projects via phone, email, text message or directly at the office.
• Customer care before, during and after transactions, ensuring customers have the best experience.
• Support handling complaints and feedback from customers according to instructions from superiors.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support customers with legal, financial and contractual procedures.
• Participate in internal training to improve communication and customer care skills

2. Job requirements

• No experience required, will train from scratch.
• Graduated from high school or above (or final year student looking for internship opportunity).
• Clear voice, easy to hear, good communication skills.

• Know how to use basic office software (Word, Excel).
