Job Description:

• Take care of existing customers. Consult about products through online channels such as messages, zalo oa, email or phone calls.
• Understand customers' individual needs and desires to provide appropriate solutions and products.
• Recommend and introduce new products and existing promotions.
• Track the order process, prepare orders and deliver to customers.
• Customer care, note and update new and existing customer information
• Details to be discussed during interview
• Work in shifts Full Time & Part Time (Male only)

Job requirements:

• No experience required.
• Good communication skills and persuasion ability are an advantage.
• Know how to listen, good attitude, eager to learn and not afraid of difficulties.
• Experience working in retail is an advantage.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (zalo, facebook).

Interest:

• Income: Fixed salary (7 - 8 million) + allowance 1 million.
