Operational work
- Directly participate in the process of operating machinery and equipment control systems to meet technical and safety requirements.
- Carry out the preparation of machinery and equipment to ensure readiness to meet production plans.
- Respond quickly in emergencies arising during production shifts
- Perform restoration of the electrical and control system after an incident to ensure the plant's energy security.
Maintenance and installation of machinery and equipment
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, periodic inspection, repair, overhaul, and overhaul of electrical systems - control of all machinery and equipment of the factory.
- Participate in the installation of electrical systems, equipment and auxiliary equipment at the factory as assigned by superiors.
- Update machinery and equipment records after installation, maintenance and repair.
- Prepare appropriate spare parts and spare materials for the electrical department to be ready for replacement when necessary.
- Carry out 5S work for machinery, equipment and areas in charge of the electrical department
Improvement activities
- Propose plans to improve processes, machinery and equipment to increase productivity, reduce waste and ensure operator safety.
- Implement improvement solutions and evaluate effectiveness after improvement
Coordination of related departments
- Coordinate with Departments/Divisions related to departmental activities.
