Job Description

    Job details:
    • Receive repair and maintenance requests and make repair plans / quotes for arising items.
    • Actively contact the investor to directly participate in maintenance maintenance or coordinate with subcontractors to perform maintenance work.
    • Handing over to the use department after the repair is completed.
    • Make a warranty test report.
    • Make a plan for repair and maintenance after the warranty expires.
    • Update warranty and maintenance records on repair log and report to superiors.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Construction Director.
    Request:
    • High school graduate or above.
    • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance work.
    • Have good health, agile.
    • Honest.
    • Handle situations.
    • Communication skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
