JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform steps in the sales process: Understand needs, advise and introduce products to customers.
• Regularly check and arrange goods, guide customers to view products.
• Clean store and work area daily.
• Perform other support tasks as required by store manager.
• Always maintain and convey a good image of the product and the company to customers.
• Connect and collaborate with colleagues to create a civilized and harmonious working environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school graduate or higher.
• Male/female, 18 years old or older, no experience required, will be professionally trained in product knowledge, sales skills,...
• Passionate about fashion, love sales. Cheerful, dynamic, enthusiastic, open-minded.

• Income: from 5.5 million to over 10 million VND, annual bonuses, depending on business situation and work results (Basic salary + recruitment KPI).
• Probationary salary is 85% of official salary.
