1. Customer care and consulting
- Complete individual and team sales targets. Directly sell and provide sales consulting at assigned Shop locations.
- Coordinate the use of sales software and connect with the shipping department to complete deliveries.
- Customer care via phone, email, providing customers with the company's after-sales programs.
2. Display & images at the shop
- Check/inventory the quantity of goods at the shop, propose to transfer more goods to ensure sales activities are carried out.
- Arrange and display goods on shelves and warehouses scientifically. Ensure goods are displayed attractively, stimulating customers to buy.
- Implement the preservation of goods according to the Company's instructions, propose and recommend issues related to the preservation of goods.
- Clean the store & merchandise; ensure the store image is always neat and clean.
3. Reporting and other tasks
- Graduated from high school or higher.
- Priority is given to those who have experience in the field of wine/beverage/food sales or have many years of experience in equivalent positions in the high-end, luxury goods industry. Having been a sales staff in Trang Tien Plaza Shopping Center is an advantage.
- English communication.
- Good looking, no lisp.
- Have direct sales skills; advanced customer care skills.
- Ability to work independently; Teamwork.
- Total income can be up to 15-20 million/month = Fixed salary 7-10 million + KPI bonus + bonus based on store revenue (Attractive salary depends on ability)
