Consulting and responding to wholesale customers is available on the zalo platform;
Order fulfillment: Make orders and track order fulfillment progress;
Coordinate with the accounting department to urge and collect debts according to regulations;
Proactively build relationships with customers;
Prepare periodic and additional sales reports if required;
Coordinate with the warehouse/accounting department to support import and export of goods at the warehouse (when necessary);
Participate in product training courses and improve skills when facilitated by the company;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager or the Board of Directors.
