- Support in preparing documents for Marketing programs: Promotion/ Activation/ Event
- Carry out procedures for advance payment, acceptance and payment of expenses in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Perform and monitor data reporting on DMS software
- Use DMS software and operate on DMS software to score programs
- Check the storage of documents, contracts, and cost reports.
- Track sales to update marketing program data for the marketing manager
- Call/Send email to notify results and programs to customers/partners
- Support other tasks of the Marketing team as required by the department head.
