Job Description

    • College degree or higher (priority given to those with experience in customer care, admin, and operations coordination.
    • Experienced in handling situations, flexible in work. 
    • Experience and basic English communication skills are preferred. 
    • Have office computer skills: WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT.
    • Good communication and intelligent in behavior.
    • Responsible and proactive at work
    • Main tasks :
    • Track and update customer activity schedules and bookings
    • Receive customer information, process requests and forward to relevant departments .
    • Coordinate with relevant departments (customer service, maintenance, human resources) to ensure smooth operations
    • Draft documents and reports as required by Operations Manager .
    • Propose purchasing, warehouse management of supplies and stationery .
    • Support to handle problems arising during customer use of the service .
    • Manage payments, service receipts of Cicaca before transferring to other departments.
    • Support other Cicada tasks under the guidance of management.
    • Other requirements
    • Willing to travel when needed
    • Able to work weekends and holidays depending on operational needs
    • Good health, able to withstand work pressure
