Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior to support marketing strategies.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from a variety of sources, including business reports, customer databases, external financial reports, and market research to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights and recommendations for marketing initiatives.
Enhance customer experience by being the "Voice of the Customer" and effectively measure business performance.
Support activities to increase the Company's market share.
Manage the development/implementation of Strategic Projects related to market research and product/service improvement.
Track, supervise and provide updates/overviews on the progress of various strategic projects.
Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies and the latest news and figures in market analysis.
REQUEST
University degree in Marketing, Finance/Economics, Business, Engineering or related analytical fields.
At least 2 years of working experience in market research, quantitative business planning and analysis or related field, preferably with results in quantitative research.
Project management experience preferred.
Experienced in analyzing, processing and extracting information from various data sources, capable of using professional data analysis tools.
Good knowledge of mathematics and/or economics with quantitative ability, good communication, problem solving and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of Power BI dashboard development and database applications (such as SQL) is a plus.
Have good communication skills.
