Goal setting and planning for teams and departments (semi-annual)
Plan and implement strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)
Business management and progress
Optimize and streamline business processes
Manage Member Progress and Evaluate Results (Comprehensive)
Member management and training
Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
Motivate and build teams
Internal and external coordination and reporting
Coordinate with other departments
Reporting to management and supporting decision making
