- Receive production plans and orders from the workshop manager. - Receive technical reports and material standards, check processes and balance equipment. - Study goods, analyze samples, prepare fixtures. - Instruct and deploy workers in the team when there are new product codes. - Hold line meetings to warn of points that need attention and correction before production. - Support filling in positions that are missing due to workers' absence during the day. - Coordinate with technical departments, IE, processes, electromechanics, arrange machinery, and the most effective line diagram when there are new product codes. - Check QC/QA reports to solve problems related to techniques, parameters, quality and improve product quality in the sewing line. - When finishing an order, collect patterns to avoid mixing between different orders. - Receive, issue materials, BTP and import goods into the warehouse/QC/QA department.
