Job Description

• Calculate and review actual construction volume and bid volume. Coordinate with the Department of Planning and Investment and Management and the M&E department when there is a difference and clearly state the cause.
• Calculate the volume that increases/decreases during construction to submit to the Project Manager for review before submitting to the investor for approval (when there is a difference between the bidding drawing and the construction drawing or there is a change in design)
• Prepare payment records for investors periodically and monitor.
• Carry out settlement work until completion.
• Prepare and monitor contract signing progress, order progress, and submit to CHT & GDDA for approval.
• Together with the Project Director, the Project Manager negotiates the arising values and establishes the values for the Board of Directors to approve.
• Check and summarize the total construction volume table of the subcontractor according to the assigned scope of work. Confirm the payment volume to the subcontractor periodically, in accordance with the acceptance volume according to the acceptance report provided by the construction department.
• Prepare payment records for suppliers periodically, in accordance with the goods delivery records and quality certificates provided by the Quality Management department.
• Track payments and update site financial status.

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from college or university majoring in construction.
• 3-5 years of experience in QS position, project estimate, payment and settlement...
• Able to withstand work pressure, dedicated to work, careful and meticulous.
• Proficient in specialized software and office software.
• Dynamic, cheerful, sociable. Good communication
