- Calculate concepts, take off quantities, make estimates according to design documents for the steps of Preliminary design, Basic design, Construction drawing design (Including any arising if any) - Control conformity Consolidate and calculate the accuracy of the number of unit prices and content of the estimate and total estimate of the works. - Prepare proposal documents and bid documents for design consulting and supervision consulting packages - Draft documents related to the implementation of construction investment projects - Perform other tasks as required Management assignment - Salary: Salary negotiable
