Job Description
Prepare bidding documents; bid estimates/quotes; quotes for arising electromechanical items to send to customers. Priority is given to those with experience in construction of cement plants, thermal power plants, hydropower plants, and pumping stations.
Based on MEP design drawings, prepare a bid estimate table of volume and bid unit price.
Coordinate with relevant members in the bidding department to establish a personnel organization chart and progress. Construction, construction methods for MEP work of the project, list of materials and equipment types MEP for bidding and quotation phase.
Participate in negotiations with suppliers to get the best price during MEP bidding phase.
Advise the Head of Department on team assignment unit prices, subcontract assignment unit prices and supplier.
Coordinate with the Department Head to search, introduce and propose to the company suppliers and subcontractors with suitable capacity for the company and projects during the bidding and construction stages.
