- Participate in supervising HVAC, fire protection, and electrical construction projects for factory and industrial projects.
- Supervise work to ensure quality and progress.
- Coordinate with departments and related parties to resolve incidents and changes on the construction site.
- Plan and monitor construction progress.
- Control the volume of work and materials on site
- Directly inspect, monitor and evaluate the construction process at the site
- Organize the acceptance and handover of each stage and handover with the investor.
- Project personnel management, timekeeping: Workers, teams.....
- Supervise the deployment of construction teams, materials, and construction plans at the construction site.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Company's leadership
