- Create Shopdrawing drawings and provide detailed and specific measures for drainage construction.

- Prepare construction plans, plans to provide necessary materials for the project, and related equipment for the project.
- The water supply and drainage engineer will be responsible for organizing the implementation of drawings for water supply and drainage projects, supervising all construction activities, and the process of installing water supply and drainage systems as required.

- Regularly monitor the progress of projects, urge the work process, calculate volume, and check the quality of items being performed or completed at the construction site.

- Water supply and drainage engineers will be the ones to separate the volume of materials for constructions and projects.

- Closely manage technical issues and subcontractors to complete the construction process according to the requirements and schedule set forth in the original plan.

- Prepare reports to superiors on the daily workload (completed/uncompleted volume) of subcontractors and workers.

- Responsible for quality issues, implementation progress as well as ensuring environmental hygiene and safety, labor safety before the commander.
