- Proposing, giving design ideas and chairing the design, architecture of residential houses, townhouses, villas...
- Meeting with customers, making design plans, preliminary drawings and working directly with customers.
- Design and implement detailed drawings on application software
- Have good composing ability, priority is given to interior and exterior renderings
- Prepare architectural design documents and combine structural & ME disciplines.
- Building 3D architectural perspective.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
