Job description: - Issue VAT invoices. Update documents - Draft contracts. Complete monthly document storage - Transactions with banks when arising. Check payment records, make cash payments/payment orders, disbursement records, monitor loans - Timekeeping, payroll, social insurance,... - Quarterly and annual tax reports according to regulations (for candidates with tax accounting experience) - Other CVs as required by superiors - Working hours: 8am - 5:30pm from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning. 1.5 hour lunch break. Job requirements: - Graduated from university majoring in finance, accounting - Proficient in Misa, word, excel, .... - Extensive experience, familiar with high intensity, scientific work - Priority is given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
