- Build and jointly implement effective warehouse management processes.

- Manage and assign tasks to each member in the department, guide and create an effective working environment for the warehouse.

- Organizing warehouse management: managing quantity (import, export, inventory) of goods

- Inventory Tracking: Check actual inventory quantities with the store

- Organize and implement 5S work at the Warehouse.

- Perform other tasks: During the working process, problems will arise, so warehouse managers need to come up with appropriate solutions.
