Job Description
Ensure the performance of timekeeping, salary calculation and policies of all employees of the Company and its branches/business establishments are always calculated correctly and sufficiently.
Ensure inquiries and complaints of all employees of the Company and its branches/business establishments are always answered promptly and fully.
Manage salary records, promotion proposal, bonus, discipline, termination and related documents. Update the legal provisions on regimes, policies, and salaries to promptly supplement and amend regimes and policies and propose to the Board of Directors to update regimes and policies.
Monitor insurance types (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance) and make records related to personal income tax and procedures... to work and report to relevant agencies
Settlement of termination procedures for employees
