- Ensure the best service goal, do not let any major problems occur that affect the service quality and reputation of the company.

- Safety instructions for workers and drivers before collection.

- Assess hazards before work, create a Toolbox and write a Start Card before collection.

- Inspect and survey temporary warehouse areas in the area under your responsibility (twice a day). Ensure that the warehouse and supplies are always in good condition, meeting customer needs.

- Report feedback to superiors, collect feedback from customers, and process information with superiors. Report back to site manager.
