Job Description

• Supervise, manage and coordinate production activities at Chau Thanh Branch, Tien Giang.
• Monitor and check production progress to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Manage, assign work to production staff, train and guide new employees.
• Plan, assign and coordinate personnel.
• Plan requirements for raw materials and supplies, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality for production.
• Make reports related to production activities as required by superiors.
• Participate in improvement activities to increase production efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
