Job Description

    1. REQUEST:
      • Age: 30 - 45
      • Qualification: High school graduate or higher
      • Hardworking, agile, honest
      • Over 1 year experience in similar position
      • Have office computer skills
      • Knowledgeable about daily cleaning, industrial cleaning
      • Ability to organize and manage people; analyze, reason and solve problems
    2. JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Coordinate and supervise the work of janitors
    • Timekeeping for all employees of the project you manage and supervise
    • Record personnel status and work positions during the shift/day (including personnel changes/increases).
    • Management of equipment, tools and chemicals
    • Conduct standard work procedure training for new department employees.
    • Periodically conduct employee evaluations according to company regulations.
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
