Manage and operate all production activities of wood pellet factory
Equipment management, continuous improvement to improve performance and reduce costs
Human resource management, training and development of staff in the factory
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
Closely coordinate with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, quality, material/raw material supply, shipping, etc. to ensure efficient production operations.
Periodically report on production status and KPIs to company management.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
University degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields
Over 5 years of experience, priority given to candidates with equivalent management experience
Have in-depth knowledge of precision mechanics, automation, mechanical engineering

Ability to analyze and solve problems
Proficient in office software, Autocad drawing software
