Job Description

    JOB DETAILS
    • Plan, implement and direct, coordinate with many other departments with related work to carry out marketing plans for the company.
    • Research market trends, research demand for products/services, and identify target customer segments.
    • Research and analyze competitors' strategies.
    • Discuss with sales department to provide suitable prices, optimize profits and market share to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and search for potential customer groups for the business.
    • Manage and monitor the working process of the marketing department. Evaluate and develop the company's marketing strategies.
    • Plan and develop promotional programs.
    • Plan, develop and spend a reasonable budget for marketing activities such as forecasting return on investment and profit and loss to have appropriate research direction.
    • Build, develop and manage advertising campaigns.
    • Build awareness, brand positioning.
    • Oversee all online marketing and content marketing strategies.

    REQUEST
    - University degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
    - Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position at multi-industry companies and corporations;
    - Have extensive knowledge of Marketing;
    - Organizational skills, setting up human resources and operations;
    - Understand and be proficient in Online & Offline Marketing tools and methods.
