Assist the sales team in processing orders, quotations, and contracts.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and online platforms to handle inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support business strategies.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and marketing activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the sales manager.
