Content Management:
- Develop and execute content marketing initiatives to achieve company goals.
- Build and manage content for products and services on channels (Website, Google, Facebook, Zalo, Linkedin...)
- Develop content on untapped channels
- Collaborate with designers and team members to produce quality content.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content for SEO.
- Ensure consistent, accurate, quality content publication on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Stay up to date with trends to come up with new ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate content performance metrics, and research customer insights to optimize performance.
Social Channel Management:
- Deploy advertising activities for products and services on channels (Website, Google, Facebook, Zalo, Linkedin...)
- Measure and report campaign performance metrics
- Continuously update implementation status and handle arising issues, make adjustments when necessary;
- Monitor and control budget;
- Analyze operational metrics, performance data and make recommendations and recommendations based on available data;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
