Job Description

    • Contact agents/customers about shipment schedules and required documents as assigned by department head
    • Stay updated, track orders and notify customers about orders in progress.
    • Receive and resolve customer inquiries within the allowed scope. At the same time, report to the department head.
    • Check debt and transfer to accounting
    • Resolve problems that arise during transportation.
    • Offer services and negotiate terms related to logistics services: price, service, shipping schedule, contract, ...
    • Maintain, care and develop relationships with suppliers (Airlines, Shipping Agents...)
    • Ensure compliance with department and company regulations. Report daily, weekly and monthly work directly to the direct manager.
    • Other tasks within the scope of functions of the Sales Department assigned by the Manager, Department Head or Board of Directors.
