+ Track daily shipping volumes between the Transporeon system and customers; check for accuracy, report discrepancies, and proactively coordinate resolution.
+ Monitor on-time performance, handle reschedule cases, ensure KPI commitment is met.
+ Actively monitor and propose additional costs (detention, change depot, overtime) to the system and send customer confirmation.
+ Support work related to internal reports or customer requests.
+ Professional system operations, Excel, email to handle work effectively.
+ Closely coordinate with operations, finance and coordination teams.
+ Support document staff in preparing payment and cost documents.
+ Perform other tasks related to customer care as assigned by management.
