1. Coordinate with staff to prepare tools and equipment for sampling as required.

2. Carry the machine from the vehicle to the sampling location and clean up the machine, put it on the vehicle and return it to the office.

3. Keep the equipment and tools provided.

4. Clean the area where the wound was infected.
