• Title: Class Management Specialist
• Working hours: fixed shifts (morning-afternoon and afternoon-evening) from Monday to Sunday (1 day off a week)
• Work location: Optimus English Village, Vinhomes Grand Park, City. Thu Duc
• Work content:
• Operate and manage the course according to available procedures
• Organize orientation sessions to provide course information to teachers and teaching assistants before the course begins
• Communicate with teachers and students to resolve issues directly related to the course
• Coordinate entrance, mid-course, and final exams
• Mark exams and complete course reports
• Carry out timekeeping for teachers monthly
• Complete internal reports based on procedures and requests from Management
