- Receive and contact customers: telesales according to the Company's provided data.

- Build personal brand channels on social networking platforms such as: Zalo, Facebook.

- Consulting and planning for customers suitable programs and services that the Company is supporting.

- Guide customers on procedures for visa issuance, work permits, business establishment licenses, etc.

- Update the latest information on visa procedures and policies for Investors.

- Support the Team in organizing sharing sessions and updating immigration information to Customers.

- Master product and program knowledge to advise and take care of customers attentively throughout the service period.

- Coordinate with related Teams to successfully complete documents for Customers

- Perform other tasks as required by the Management Department.
