- Consulting and customer care according to company data.

- Consulting customers about study abroad programs (Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Germany, UK, Australia, USA, Canada...)

- Orientation and consultation on majors and schools suitable to customers' abilities;

- Consulting on admission process and student visa and post-graduation visa;

- Update customer needs, monitor, evaluate potential level and provide consulting support to sign contracts with customers, support and guide customers to complete payment procedures;

- Contact and consult potential customers from the Company's communication channels;

- Maintain good relationships with students and parents to support when needed and continue to develop potential customer sources;

- Participate in training sessions;

- Prepare exit steps/procedures for customers;

- Customer care. Receive and handle issues before, during and after the flight;

- Complete monthly targets for individuals and departments, contribute to the overall development of the entire company in terms of brand and business development, and school partners;

- Customer care and feedback on social networking sites;

- Some other tasks as required by the manager.
