Job Description
Research, analyze, warn of legal risks and propose solutions to overcome in investment, construction and project implementation activities of Newstargroup Company, Enterland Company, V'star Company.
Legal advice, drafting, reviewing, participating in negotiations and consulting legal documents of the Project, M&A;
Consulting on legal procedures for implementation of investment projects in accordance with the law;
Directly participating in the bidding process to select the consultant/design/construction contractor....the works of the Group's projects from the stage of contract negotiation, acceptance, finalization of the contract.... .
Directly deal with cases related to the implementation of the Project such as: Negotiating, solving the questions of the Households during the Project clearance process, negotiating and negotiating with customers when the Project is completed. to the sales implementation phase...
Other legal work according to professional competence and as assigned and directed.
Legal proceedings: Coordinate with law firms/lawyer to handle cases arising during the implementation of the Project by the Company under the direction of the Board of Directors of the above companies;
Actively organize professional deployment within the assigned workload.
Other legal work according to the profession and as assigned and directed by the Head of Legal Department and/or the Board of Directors of the Company.
