** Job description:

- Review contracts, legal documents, and prevent risks in the Company.

- Participate and advise on resolving customer complaints and lawsuits.

- Drafting, standardizing, issuing: Model contracts; legal documents; transaction records.

- Consulting on issues arising during the process of construction and development of real estate business.

- Support departments in drafting and editing documents, records, and contracts in accordance with Vietnamese law; Check the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company.

- Regularly research and update information and issued documents affecting the Company to advise and guide units when requested.

- Consulting on legal issues related to the Company's operations: Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Construction Law, Land Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, etc.

** Request:

- Graduated from University majoring in Law, priority given to candidates with a lawyer's certificate.

- Have 5 years of experience working in a similar position, priority given to those with experience in dispute resolution.

- Master professional knowledge, master Vietnamese law, especially corporate law, real estate business, construction, bidding, investment.
