Job Description
Drafting/editing documents and transaction documents that the Company sends to Customers;
Drafting/editing and legal review of transactions and contracts between the Company and partners and customers;
Participate in negotiations and negotiations with the company's customers in business transactions to ensure and take legal responsibility for transactions and contracts;
Advise customers and/or support operational departments to perform operations/transactions within the scope of the Company's business operations;
Draft or edit and review the legality of Regulations and Procedures;
Providing legal opinions, providing and disseminating legal knowledge to officials and employees in the Company;
Build a system of legal documents to serve the Company's business activities and update legal documents to Departments.
Draft professional process regulations, submit to department leaders for consideration;
