Search and evaluate suppliers of products and goods as requested (domestic and foreign)
Negotiate and negotiate with suppliers on prices, terms, and order contracts
Coordinate with accounting department to make payments for contracts and orders
Manage and monitor import orders and goods status to promptly resolve and handle problems arising during the transportation of goods. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure order progress
Check the completeness and correctness of import documents
Coordinate with Forwarder to complete customs procedures and transfer goods to warehouse
Control the quality of goods, work with suppliers when problems with defective, excess or missing goods arise
Arrange documents and files in the room
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Graduated from university with majors in economics, import-export, foreign trade, and foreign languages
At least 1-2 years of international purchasing experience
Proficient in English with 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
