- Develop and implement market research plans on hotel brand awareness and outstanding services.
- Coordinate with departments to develop short-term, medium-term and long-term marketing plans (promotional programs, gifts, PR programs...) in line with the hotel's business strategy.
- Participate in building and implementing advertising campaigns
- Participate in planning and implementing online marketing programs
- Manage website, customer data and implement customer care programs
