- Participating in strategic proposals, building and organizing the implementation of marketing and communication plans. Planning, implementing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, ADX channels… to achieve business goals;
- Planning to implement content management, forms of communication via Facebook, Fanpage, email, internal newsletter. Website management (editing content, images, ...);
- Developing and implementing promotional programs, promoting sales, taking care of customers together with the Business Division of the Company;
- Deploying sales programs on digital marketing channels Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Email, SMS, e-commerce sites...);
- Understanding the design of flyers, posters, profiles, manuals of the Company's financial products. Manage and develop online channels (fanpage, Instagram, website…) and e-commerce booth of the Company;
- Coordinating with the units to develop the program of summarization, preliminary review, general meeting of shareholders, birthdays, Tet holidays;
- Perform some other tasks as assigned by the Leader;
