JOB DESCRIPTION

• Study and research the bidding documents posted on the national bidding website muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn;
• Synthesize all bid packages posted on the website and submit to superiors for approval;
• Prepare tender documents when approved;
• Drafting bid security proposals; contract performance security, warranty security, etc.
• Negotiate contracts, contact the bidding party to complete the contract when winning the bid;
• Supervise the construction process (repair and installation packages), prepare handover minutes, etc.
• Coordinate with the Accounting department to support settlement, acceptance, handover, project liquidation and other assigned tasks.

Working time:

8:00-17:00, Monday to Saturday morning (1.5 hour lunch break)

Interest:

• Fixed salary: 6.5-8.5 million/month + project commission + Bonus
• 13th month salary, birthday bonus, holiday bonus,

- College degree or higher, majoring in Law, Economics and other related majors.

- Have means of transport

- Priority is given to candidates with bidding knowledge, bidding certificates or experience in construction, interior design, elevators, and architecture.
