Job Description

    Introduction:

    • Recruiting and training sales skills for sales staff in the region;
    • Conduct integration training, restaurant and hotel operations and soft skills for employees
    • Implement training programs and evaluate training effectiveness;
    • Promote working spirit for current staff;
    • Combine with the Regional Sales Director to develop processes to improve human resource quality in the region
    • Develop and organize Team Building programs, activities, and internal events in the region.
    • Organize monitoring and evaluation of personnel after training
